From warranty cards to construction diagrams to detailed tear sheets on all of the product lines, we give you the presentation materials you need to represent the product line with confidence and ease. Out tear sheets are especially helpful when designing for a particular space as dimensions and diagrams are clearly laid out and simple to understand. We have found that the stores that use our support materials find great success in the consultative selling process.
Warranty
We warranty all of our furniture with a limited llfetime warranty on the frame, 3 years on the support system, foam, cushions and pillows and 1 year on fabric and stitching. Our goal is to respond to each warranty claim quickly and to the full expectation of our customers. Since we stand behind our product to such a far-reaching extent, our first intention remains a claim-free product.
Sales Training
We will visit all of your locations as often as you need to meet with your staff and discuss the benefits and advantages of our product line. That personal service is part of our promise to you to stay in touch with your business on your schedule, with whatever level of service you require.
Fabric Presentation Books and Swatches
If you choose to participate in the special order program with us, we will also provide your stores with attractive fabric presentation books and larger swatches as reference.
In addition, we have developed a unique presentation book, which allows you to see – at a glance – all of the fabrics available at one time in the two provided books. As a tool, this allows you or your customer to see the entire range of possibilities in one single visual presentation. Consultation with your customers has never been easier. This opens up the imaginative possibilities as well as shortening the decision-making process.
